The church's journey on replacing the two, 28 year old natural gas powered furnaces was a necessary one. As an whole earth and environmental justice church, it was important that we do the correct thing and reduce our carbon foot print. We contacted three different HVAC companies in the Carbondale IL area. They provided the church with comprenhensive bids for two geothermia, all electric heat pumps and for two air source, all electric heat pumps. Jacobs AC&H bids were the most comprehensive and provided some worked that needed to be done (i.e., adding more intake ventilation into the HVAC system) that was not included by the other estimates. Even with such, their estimate was still the best. Jim and Ely were super to work with and provided quality work. I would recommend that anyone needed a new heat pump system highly consider interacting with Jacobs AC&H. There are the best!
