These guys are great to work with...our overall experience with Jacobs was great.

Ethan was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was as it should be.

Underbid competitors for new install. Had to replace undersized returns for new RTU (not part of new install bid). Took initiative to ensure overall configuration of system would perform as intended instead of waiting on a callback (somewhat rare). The install of the returns was a little pricier than would have liked, but expect better performance and lower operating costs on equipment moving forward. Jacobs HVAC seemed to be very proactive.

what a company was very accommodating had new unit installed less then a half day even know it had to set on roof by a boom truck worked. very safety with the number of people coming in and out of are building was very knowledgeable about equipment and its requirements . most definitely would recommend them and hope we are able to use them in the future THANK YOU
