AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I manage a vacation rental property in Cobden and on the 4th of July, with renters the AC stopped working. I called all over the next morning to find someone who could come look at it ASAP but no one answered because of the holiday weekend or wanted to charge me a overtime, hourly fee. Eli not only called me back but stopped what he was doing (on his day off) and rushed over. Unfortunately after hours of trying everything the AC was pronounced dead 🤪 I had new renters coming in the next Friday (one week away) and he made sure to get the new AC ordered, delivered and installed so as not to loose the reservation. I was absolutely astonished by what seemed to be genuine concern for my predicament. You don’t find too many people that actually care about there work and there clients. The price was fair and no hourly fee! I can’t recommend Jacobs more highly. Don’t use anyone else!

Jacob's solved a 3 year long heating problem for me that at least 10 other professionals did not resolve. I purchased a specialized heating unit for commercial use about 3 years ago from another company. From day one, it did not work. We replaced almost every part and spoke to every technician from the maker of the unit.....no answer. Even though Jacobs had not sold the unit, they came out many times to clean and or repair the unit and spent many hours researching the unit. Mr Jacobs himself took on the challenge and bottom line, he found a way through Jacobs extensive commercial connections, and some charm, to replace the unit (i had no warranty) with a brand new upgraded unit at no cost to me. This was something that had been hurting my business and my pocketbook and if we had had to buy a new unit, it would have been a serious challenge. This is a company that has a rare combination of extreme knowledge and professionalism, while at the same time has a family owned business approach to customers. Jacobs went totally above and beyond the call of duty, hours of calls and research on a unit they dont normally carry or service. We have had excellent results with our home heating and air from Jacobs, but now they are the one and only heating and air company we will have for home or our business for life!!! Their staff of trained technicians is often part of the Jacobs family, they are smart, quick, clean up their job, and do it right kind of workers.

we have had a heating and air contract for our home since we have lived here and are very impressed with Jacobs professionalism and thoroughness on the job. i would only say that i would like them to come a little sooner in the season to check everything out....ie may instead of july for the summer checkup.

I pretty much knew what the problem was (low pressure in ground loop) from past experience, so Shaun checked it out and agreed. However, he also checked to be sure everything else was working okay and even looked for a possible leak inside the house.
