Excellent service every time!
I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were here by 2:45! They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes (in the pouring rain, no less) and the cost was completely worth it. Their representatives are always great to talk to, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable!

A service team you can trust
On Thursday I scheduled an appointment for a service call and the next morning the company sent their technician out to troubleshoot why the furnace kept shutting off before heating the house to the specified temp set on the thermostat. After running a series of tests for nearly an hour before tracking it down, Doug was able to find a clogged hose that alleviated the problem. Even better, I was only charged the $80 service call. Excellent work and service. I highly recommend calling Jacobs HVAC for your furnace/AC issues.

Great people, fast service! Professional!!
I called Jacobs for emergency service on my A/C unit. Within 45 minutes they were at my house. An hour and a half after I first called them they had arrived, inspected the unit, repaired it, given me information about annual service, changed my filter and were on their way!! I will definitely be contacting them again!
