I could not have been happier with my experience with Jacobs. Office manager Grace is so personable and strives for excellent customer service. She got someone to my house for diagnostics the same day. Eli and his installation crew were dynamite. Fast, efficient and obviously knowledgeable They left my house in tip top shape with new and improved, energy efficient unit. Eli taught me how to use the new thermostat, which is very important. Eli is an excellent manager! .
