Jacobs provided Prompt, Courteous and Professional Service from their office personnel and service technician, Ethan. We called late in the afternoon after our furnace went out, and Ethan arrived at 8am the next morning with advance communication from the office. Within the hour, the problem was fixed with a full explanation about how it was repaired. We highly recommend Jacobs for home heating requirements.

Why Use Jacobs?
Not sure how I began using Jacobs Heating but I am quite satisfied with their knowledge, service and price. Ethan has been the service tech 2 of the 3 times Jacobs has been to my house. He is knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done as one would expect. Hard to keep up with who is giving the best prices but Jacobs seems to be competitive . . .and they offer a slight discount when you combine an air conditioning check up with the heat system check up. I will be sticking with Jacobs in the future.
