Couldn't be happier!
I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am. This was a project on the to-do list for the theater since 2001. So I’m super excited that we can finally check it off. I had gotten a few outrageous bids before yours. And the people didn’t really seem to listen to my needs when I talked to them. One of the guys even demanded that we replace the electrical boxes before he would do the HVAC. One would have required a bunch of holes drilled in the roof by a roofer. It was all getting so overwhelming. So I appreciate you so very much for making it easy AND affordable.

Showed up on time--none of that "some time between 8 and noon" stuff.
Did every imaginable diagnostic and found a small leak. Diligent about his work and left the work area cleaner than he found it.

Excellent Service with a Smile
Doug came out and greeted me with a smile. He explained that he was here to do the schedule maintenance on the system. He was very polite and friendly. After the cleaning, and check up of the system he explained everything that he did and even explained that when he found something that wasn't quite right he took extra time to make sure that everything was working the way it was expected to. I was very pleased with the service call.
