Not sure how I ca e to use Jacobs originally but I use them to maintain my heating and air conditioning because: 1) they are a local business, 2) they are all pleasant and respectful, 3) they don’t sell me anything I don’t need and 4) and while everything today seems to be more than I would like to be paying, Jacobs seems to charge a reasonable price for the service they provide. I guess it’s not 1970 any longer.

They take care of things, communicate when things are needing extra care, explain what they are finding, and then take care of it. I have started a plan so that I can have peace of mind all year round. The price is reasonable for the service you get. Worth every penny!

The techs from Jacobs are always professional, trustworthy, and thorough in their work. They go above and beyond from what I'd expect, but I do appreciate that.
