One very minor issue. The clock on my thermostat was off by an hour after the maintenance was completed. I only noticed because it's programmed to lower the temp at 4:30 and when it didn't cool down I check the time on the thermostat and it was off. Easy to reset.

While service was fine -as far as I know- was not happy when told they had replaced the filter downstairs after I told not to as I replaced them two weeks ago. @When I questioned him he said it looked dirty. I think he forgot. Also went back and forth over carpet in living room several times after being outside without covers on his shoes. Also arrived about 45 mi n early which was ok because I was there but other times might not have been home that much earlier than the appointed time.
